Unique items

I have come across a list of a few items that I found to be interesting and have only seen them in a few houses. I'm curious to find if these still exist or are just rare in and of themselves:

1. Model Griffon Tower
2. Fallen Iksar Skull - Collection Quest

3. an Iksar Ship in a bottle - Quested

4. Goblin Stewpot - Quested

5. Twin Candle wall sconce
6. Drednever Scryer Sphere
7. Sathir's Uplift
8. The wards of kelkarn
9. Tranquil Scrying Pool - Collection Quest

10. Incense Holder - Collection Quest

11. Tunarian Potted tree - Collection Quest

I hope to find some info on these and update this, moreso for myself but if anybody else happens to come across them as well.

Squeekah's House

Squeekah's House is at 3 Walk of the Dead, Neriak (Kithicor)

I mostly use her house as a place to set up and keep all the in-game Holiday event items.
For now, here's her "house". Just plain, but perfect enough for a mouse.
I have a ED room in the works,(Mostly just stuff thrown in the room) so when I finally get around to finishing it, I'll post those.
I'd say the last time I did any work to this house, it was way back in February maybe, so nothing fancy. Enjoy!

A small fireplace and sitting area as soon as you come in the room.

Her sales room as you enter the door.

A quiet place to read up on the many things for Carpentry.

The sales floor.

A small gathering room.

Just another view of the tables and door way.

The bar with snacks and dinner.

Just a peek at a small cozy sitting room upstairs.

And back downstairs to the basement and Frostfell Hall!

The room to the left as you walk in.

The cozy fireplace complete with stockings and a mug of milk with cookies.

The back half of the room.

The Frostfell Tree with gifts.

Table with a feast prepared!

Snack table and drinks.

Just a little snowman at the back of the room.

One last look across the room as you head back up stairs.

So you know what they are by coming up on them.
